LABS
Standard lab bloodwork self-pay discount
NOW Comprehensive Wellness Panel: $240-$255
This panel evaluates cholesterol, certain vitamins and minerals, cardiovascular inflammation, liver and kidney function, immune function, thyroid function, blood sugar balance, screening for diabetes or prediabetes, anemia and iron overload conditions.
When ordered through our office and prepaid the cost of the panel includes a functional medicine, nutritional analysis. This panel is a comprehensive check on overall wellness and function. There are times when, based on the consult with the patient, additional labs are recommended at an additional cost. Quotes for additional labs are given on an individual basis. You may ask for and receive a lab superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Lab panels can also be ordered through most private insurance plans (currently not government or Kaiser plans), but the cost of the functional medicine, nutrition-based analysis for a partial to full panel ordered through insurance or brought from an outside source have an additional charge of $10 (minimal panel) – $50 (full panel). This charge covers the additional time and expense for the functional analysis.
