RELAX Far Infra-Red Sauna Regular single session $20 for 20-30 minutes. Buy one get one free.
Lumi-Ceuticals Harmonic Light Therapy $20 (regular $35) per 20-30 min session.
If you want to give all three a try, get a combination pack and get one session of all three spa services for $125 total. It is best to use them in the order of Harmonic Light, HBOT, Sauna. The combination pack can be used all at once or separately. If you chose to do it all in one day, plan for two hours of spa time.
